Mr Scott Waddell has 30 years of corporate finance experience across the resources sector, where he has led finance teams and the global finance and governance aspects of Business Development, including M&A.
Mr Waddell has held CFO/Company Secretary roles with Metallica Minerals Limited (ASX:MLM), Metro Mining Ltd (ASX:MMI), Cape Alumina Ltd (ASX:CBX) and been Head of Finance for a division of Anglo Coal, part of Anglo American.
Mr Waddellis a Certified Practicing Accountant (FCPA), a qualified Accountant and Chartered Secretary, and is a member of the Governance Institute of Australia (AGIA).
