Ms Merrill Gray

CEO & Managing Director

Ms Gray is an experienced executive and Board member, with a 30-year career spanning a range of critical minerals, renewables and energy industry businesses. Merrill brings experience from the European Union and specifically with German automotive Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and the management of their battery materials supply chains. Merrill brings to the Board practical experience in new technology business development particularly in relation to Lithium ion Batteries (LiBs).

Merrill spent 7 years as a Managing Director (MD) of ASX listed Energy and Minerals companies (including Syngas Limited (ASX:SYS), which she founded). She has worked globally for ASX listed LiB cathode and anode powder technology and recycling technology companies as an Executive.

Merrill currently leads Wolf Advisory, a team that supports industrial scale energy transition/decarbonisation project origination and development as well as critical mineral supply chain and waste to energy project developments, working with clients in Australia and globally.

Merrill holds a Bachelor of Mining Engineering (Bachelor of Mineral Technology) from Otago School of Mines, a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Otago University and an MBA from Melbourne Business School.
